We Have a Winner!!
Congratulations to Chef Hailey Dixon (Eggs and Jam Brunch Cafe) on her win at Culinary Fight Night last night! Her menu consisting of Prosciutto Crudo with a Melon Medley and Black Pepper Lavash, Seared Australian Lamp Chops with Potato Gnocchi and Spinach Basil Pesto then finishing with an epic combination of our secret ingredients in her dessert: Dark & White Chocolate Mousse, Raspberry and Everclear Coulis, Pork Rind crusted, Candied Pecans and a Pop Tart Cocoa Crumble reigned supreme! Now Chef Dixon advances to the Finale on April 7th where she'll meet either Chef Megan Snyder or Chef Dale Rinderman!
