It was a close battle but her innovative menu comprised of charred Caprese Burrata with balsamic syrup and toasted crostinis, Pistachio and Ricotta Ravioli with sauteed shrimp and rehydrated raisins, finished with a creamy brown butter sauce and lastly, a Lemon Shortbread with white chocolate mousse and a blueberry compote reigned supreme.
