Chase grew up in Arkansas and lived the majority of his live on the East coast. While studying at Le Cordon Bleu, Chase trained under a Bocuse d'or medaled chef. Having started his career in Boston at the Fairmont Copley Plaza, Chase gained extensive knowledge of running and executing large scale catering events. Chase has a driven desire to learn about different types of cuisine, and he enjoys experiencing a broad range of flavor. Chase is particularly drawn to African and middle eastern spiced foods. His enthusiasm to learn and cook with new foods is displayed through his features at Americana as Sous Chef. With his passion, knowledge, and experience, Chase”Ēs menu for culinary fight night is made to impress!
Weighing in at a mere 4 years in experience, Chef Bruce Dunseith was born in Pirmaseans, Germany, and grew up in the small town of Waynesville, Missouri. Bruce came out of culinary school swinging as the head chef for two large restaurants in Springfield, Missouri. His ambition served him well as Dunseith was swiftly named regional chef and general manager. Currently, Bruce is a traveling Executive Chef for Louie”Ēs Wine Dive nationally and has worked in kitchens all over the midwest! Kansas City, Lexington and now Des Moines! Dunseith understands that challenges create greatness and pressure makes diamonds! His contemporary, dynamic plates are nothing if not an expression of his fearless curiosity!
